Message	I suspect your engine got damaged from the initial overheating and now your collant system is being pressurised. Likely causes are a blown head gasket (if you are lucky) or a cracked head or block. The temp guage is not linear ... at "80%" the engine is well overheated, plus pouring water into a hot engine would not have helped
